1. Start by going to "Task Manager"
2. At the bottom right corner, you will see a + button. When you click that, you will have two options to choose from
- Facility - Create a task only for the facility and assign them to your staff
- Resident - Create a task for a specific resident or multiple and assign them to staff
3. Start typing out the "task name" in the text field, suggestions will drop down to select from along with a description written out for each one
4. Select a "task type" appropriate for the specific task you wish to create, each task type will have their own color to distinguish them apart
5. Next to the 24hr icon (choose frequency), you have two options, "Once" and "Repeats"
- Once - The task will only be shown once and completed one time
- Repeats - The task will be on repeat to show more than once and at different occurrences
Daily - Will repeat daily from the start date and the assigned time
Every Wednesday (Week) - Will repeat weekly on the date selected
Every Weekday (Monday-Friday) - Will skip the weekend days and will repeat from Monday through Friday
Custom Recurrence - A pop up will appear to type the amount a task will repeat it's self, Daily, Weekly, or Monthly
Day - Type the number of days the task will repeat it's self, for example - Repeats every 3 days on start date 4/1/2020
Week - Type the number of times the task will be assigned for that week, for example - Repeats every 2 weeks on Monday and Thursday from the start date of 4/1/2020. This will skip the first week and will start the 2nd week on Monday and Thursday
Month - Type the number and select the days a task will be performed per month, for example - Repeats every 2 months on the 10th, 17th, and 23rd. The task will start on 4/1/2020 but will only be assigned to the 10th, 17th, and 23rd and will be applied the same days the following month and then skipping the 3rd month
6. Next to the clock icon (choose time), you have three options, "All day", "Every", and "Specific"
- All-day - This will show up on the top of the calendar and will not have any specific time attached to it
- Every - You set a time for the task to be completed between a certain time, for example - Every 1h 30m between 1pm and 2:30pm
- Specific - You set the task on a specific time of the day, for example - 4:35pm
7. Enter an "Expected Duration" as to how long a task should take for it to be completed - this is just to keep record
8. You can write the specifics of the task and how to complete it by writing the details in the large text box - If you select the pre-written tasks, a sample text will automatically be filled
9. Select a "Resident", or multiple to attached that task to be completed - You have the option to select "All"
10. Select a "Staff" member to assign the task to or the task can be applied to "All" staff
11. When finished, click "Save" - to view the details of the task or to edit the details, go to Task List and click the 3 dots
