Manage & Giving Access to a Facility

The tutorial video below explains how you can assign multiple facilities to a staff member along with limiting access to certain facilities and residents. This is a powerful feature if giving access to third-party nursing or medical services that need access to a specific client rather than the entire facility. This helps maintain HIPAA compliance and privacy in its proper place.

1. Click the "Administration" icon on the left

2. Click "Manage Access" to assign your employees to a Facility

3. Select "One" of the staff members to give access to the Residents under a Facility

4. Click on a "Facility" to continue

5. You have two options to give access. "Assign all Residents" to the employee or "Select" each individual Resident to give access.

6. Click "Save" and now your Manager has access to the facility
