Note* Given PRN medications when edited, will result in a new order with the Current Time and Date.
Please refer to the How to Discontinue a Medication Guide.

  • Find the Med from the Medication list.
  • Click the 3...Dots and choose Edit

  • Click on the PRN check-box
  • Select the Frequency

  • Select the Time of Administration AM-PM
  • Change the Instruction to reflect the new order
  • Edit any additional information as needed (Reason, Expiration, Refills, Vitals)
  • Read the "I'm Aware of the Changes" box✔
  • Click Save

  • Click the Medication to check on the information.
  • Go to Med Log to see the order.
  • Click on PRN to see the older order.
  • Click on Filter / Discontinue to see the old order.

Note* Discontinued Medications can be restored if discontinued by mistake.
