• Go to Manage Facility


  • Click the Evacuation Drills icon to start the evacuation process.


  • Click the Create Drill to start the Drill


  • Under the first section, select the 
    • Type of Drill 
    • Date of Drill
    • Start Time of the Drill
    • End time of the Drill
    • Next Drill date when to conduct the next drill
    • write down under Comment the details of how the drill was conducted or any other information you wish to leave


  • Mark participated in the drill. The list are employees helping the residents out of the facility


  • Select the Staff participating in the Drill
    • Evacuation Capability Level has chosen for each resident whether they need
    • Assistance or if they are Independent in the Drill
    • Make sure to leave detailed comments on how the resident did during the drill


  • Under Smoke Detectors select the Date
    • When last checked and the Locations of each smoke detector
    • Select whether they are Hardwired or Battery Replaced, and check if they are Audible through home 
  • Under Fire Extinguishers select the date
    • When Last checked and when Next Service is Due
    • Write down the locations of each Extinguisher
    • Under Water Temperature write down the Temperature of each source with a thermometer
    • Make sure it's under 120 F.
  • When finished, click Save and Submit


  • When Submitted you can View the drill at any time.
    • Once submitted, you cannot edit the drill, you'll have to start all over
  • You will notice 3 dots to click on
    • You can Print the drill, Send By via fax or email, and Delete if you find any errors with the Evacuation
  • Remember to create one every 3 Months or the required duration for your regulatory state
