How to Pin Folders or Documents in Synkwise

Pinning folders or documents in Synkwise allows you to access important information quickly from the Resident's Profile or Face Sheet. Follow these simple steps to pin items effectively:

Step 1: Select the Resident

  • Click on the Residents tab.
  • Select the resident whose documents you need to pin.

Step 2: Access the Documents

  • Once you are on the selected resident's profile, locate and click on the Documents tab.

Step 3: Choose the Folder or Document

  • Browse through the folders and documents listed.
  • Select the folder or document that you deem important and wish to pin.

Step 4: Pin the Document

  • Click on the three dots (more options) next to the document or folder name.
  • From the dropdown menu, select Pin to Profile.

Step 5: Access Pinned Items

  • Go back to the Resident's Profile or Face Sheet.
  • You will now see the pinned document or folder for quick access under a section labeled Pinned Items.
