1. Click on the "Reports" icon on the left
2. Ensure the correct "Time Frame" is selected and which "Vitals" will be on the list, click "Send By" when done
3. Have "Email" selected, "Send to" grabs the Email from the Contacts section of the Resident, but you can select "Other Email"; Add the "Mobile number" of the receiver to verify themselves. Make sure the email is correct and click "Send"
4. The receiver will receive an email like this.
5. When opened, they click "Access the document" link. They will receive a security code to the mobile number to complete the process.
6. The receiver will verify the last 4 digits of their mobile number and click "Request Access"
7. They will receive a text message with a "Confirmation Code" they have to enter to fully have access to the file, click "Confirm"
8. The end result is them having access to the Vital Report, this report will only be available for a few hours, they can download the file if needed
