The Why

  • Ability to create new user accounts with the option to validate via text/sms. Your employer creates a new account for you to join, but you're not receiving the verification email to confirm your account. This happens due to 3rd party spam & junk filters. With SMS authentication, you can bypass the email verification step.

  • Ability to reset forgotten passwords via text/sms. If you can't log into your Synkwise workspace because you've entered the wrong password too many times and can't reset it through email verification, you can use your mobile phone to verify and authenticate the password reset.


The How (SMS Verification Process)

  1. If your employer added your mobile number when creating your account, your first login will have this red banner at the top as seen here:


  2. Click on the Confirm button from the red banner. Then click Request Code



  3. After clicking the request code button, you will receive a verification code via sms/text on your mobile cell phone. Input the 6-digit code & click Confirm. You're done 🎉
