Our main goal this past summer was to bring Synkwise a step closer in that direction. New Features + Improvements + Performance Upgrade

Desktop, Tablet, & Mobile Refinement

  • We've polished some rough edges and now the app can be used from any device in a much more robust way. The improvements span across Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile experiences.
  • From today, you'll notice a shiny new design. We've decided to be consistent on every page. Consistency is found throughout the app. (We hope you'll like it. We do.)
  • Besides the newest design, we've tinkered with the internal workings. The app is now faster than ever. Your time is valuable and we want to respect every millisecond of it!

 

Dashboard Alerts

  • We've added a "not confirmed" alert on the newly created staff accounts. This will help you visually note if whether or not a staff member confirmed your invitation.
  • We've added missed medication alerts, expiring care-plan and assessment alerts, and suggestions. The scope of our Dashboard aims to help you be proactive and smart. 


Custom Roles

  • Synkwise Custom Roles are finally here! This feature gives you the ability to securely give access to other parties linked to improving the care needs of your residents & operational flow. From Consultant to a Business partner, safely and securely grant or revoke permission by a single click.



Prevent Accidental Deletion

  • From now, you'll not be able to accidentally delete any important records. We've added one more confirmation layer for that reason. If you want to delete something, we'll kindly ask you to type the word "delete" prior to a record being fully deleted. 

 

Improved Payment Processing

Since Synkwise is starting to grow and scale at a rapid pace, we felt the time is not to make the change and link up with the most secure and advanced online payment processing company in North America...Stripe.

  • The process of PRN Administration has become more simplified.
  • The payment page has been optimized. Now it's a pleasure to update the subscription.

Speed up your sign-in process by using Google Sign-In. (Don't forget to enable it first under profile settings.)
