1. Go to Administration / Subscription & Billing

 

2. Change Subscription Plan - Add

  • Scroll towards the bottom of the page, under Subscription Plan 
    • Click the + button under Number of Residents to increase the # of active residents
  • Click Update Subscription to finish

 

3. Confirmation Message

  • A message at the top right corner will appear to confirm your change
    • If you need to downgrade, please reach out by clicking the support button (?) as this change will have to be done by the dev team
